Payments

The beauty salon excepts cash cheque & credit or debit cards.
The hair salon only excepts cash & cheque.

Cancellations

If you do not turn up for your appointment or don’t give us 24hours notice to cancel your appointment there will be 100% charge for the missed treatment.

Our appointment times are very important to us and our clients.

If you would like a phone call or a text reminding service please ask when booking your appointment.

Deposits

We may sometimes ask for deposits to be made on treatments when the treatment is going to be at least 2 hours long, this will come off of your total to pay at the end of the treatment.

Vouchers

We can sell you vouchers over the phone or in person.
If you would like to buy a voucher over the phone we can send the voucher out to you or to the person that it is a gift for along with a cover letter with a message from you. There is a small charge to send out vouchers so please enquire when calling. Alternatively we can make up vouchers ready for you to collect from the salon in person or if it has been paid for in advance for the recipient to pick up themselves.

Disabled access

We have disabled access to our hair salon but unfortunately we have 2 steps to access our beauty salon. Please state on the phone if you have any disabilities & if we can be of any assistance. We have 2 treatment rooms & nail bars located on the ground floor of the salon for easier access.

Clients under the age of 16 having a treatment need to be accompanied by an adult.
Children are aloud in the salon with parents when having treatments but we do ask of you to make sure your children are well behaved and quiet so all of our other clients receiving treatments are comfortable and not disturbed.

Unfortunately we do not have any parking with the salon, so please bear this in mind when attending an appointment. There is various parking walking distance from the salon.

Please refrain from bringing dogs into the salon (except guide dogs) as some of our clients & therapists may be allergic.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any clients valuables in the salon.
